I live with a motto of "Work-Life Balance". Let's not consider our friends/families/health as an insurance policy and bank on them when have a fallout due to difficult circumstances. They need equal attention. So work hard & socialize hard (if such a phrase exists :-) )

Something about my technical blogs - I mostly sensitize the audience with bells and whistles of the topic in the story (my experience as a practitioner). I deliberately refrain from sharing a codebase/SAD/etc if it's stale. Reader can follow the pointers and find a plethora of knowledge on the internet.
